Project management plays a important role to both clients orders and Yahai Mold factory.From the beginning of RFQ to mold&tooling delivery,the entire procedures are finished as per schedule through our professional project engineer supervision.A project engineer who has rich experiences in mold technique will be appointed to follow up the project and communicate with customers.When the purchase order confirmed by clients,the weekly project report with pictures will be sent to clients on each Monday or Friday to help them track up the project,wich make sure that our clients understand the mold or tooling status well.After the 1st trial,the samples will be delivered to clients within 5 working days for approval.Moreover,the testing report will be provided after mold&tool tested each time to help clients check and inspect when they receiving the mold&tool.
